Websites for barbershops and salons

Instagram shows the cut. It does not book it.

For a salon the question is nearly always the same: can I get in on Thursday and what does it cost? A site that answers both without a phone call fills the chair in the slots that otherwise sit empty.

(01)

The problem

What it costs you while the site does not exist

  • 01

Bookings in DMs get lost. Messages land in "requests", go unseen until the next day, and by then the customer has booked somewhere else.

  • 02

The price list is nowhere. People do not ring to ask what a cut costs — they go where the price is written down.

  • 03

The opening hours on Facebook are wrong and nobody remembers when they were last updated. Someone standing outside a closed salon does not come back.

  • 04

New customers search for a salon in their neighbourhood on a phone. An Instagram profile does not turn up in that search; a website does.

(02)

The requirements

What the site has to do for you in particular

  • Booking that works on a phone, in one step

Either a booking system on the site itself or a clear link into whichever system the salon already uses. What matters is that the first tap on the page can be a booking.

  • A price list that is actually on the page

Cut, beard, colour, children — each with its price. A hidden price costs you the customer, not the competitor.

  • Photographs of your own work, not stock

People choose a salon by what they can see. Photos from your own chair say more than any description — and a stock photo of somebody else’s salon says you have none of your own.

  • Location, opening hours and parking

A map that opens in navigation, hours that are correct, and where to park. Three details that decide whether somebody turns up.

Concept project

What that looks like

Concept project: a barbershop with a price list, booking flow and gallery, built for the phone.

(04)

What it involves

The work itself

  • Booking integrations

Bookings by phone and DM mean lost business outside opening hours. Online booking works around the clock.

  • Galleries and project showcases

Heavy images slow sites down. A properly built gallery shows the work at full quality without stalling the page.

  • Content management

A site nobody can update goes stale. A simple admin panel means a new project or a changed price goes live the same day.

  • Conversion-focused restructuring

Visitors arrive but do not get in touch. Usually the next step, the trust signals or the form itself are the problem.
