About these terms

These terms cover use of the MÓTA website and the price information shown on it. They do not replace a project agreement — the final terms of each project are confirmed separately before any work begins.

Price information

• Package prices assume a defined scope. If the scope changes the price changes, and that is always confirmed in writing before the change is carried out.
• The estimator on the pricing page produces an estimate, not a binding quote.
• Launch pricing applies only to projects accepted into the MÓTA launch programme, in exchange for portfolio permission.
• Status VAT MÓTA jest ⟨do potwierdzenia przed publikacją⟩. Podane ceny są cenami netto do czasu potwierdzenia tego statusu. Każda faktura zawiera poprawne wyliczenie.

Enquiries are not orders

An enquiry submitted through this website is not a binding order and creates no obligation on either side. A project becomes binding only when a written proposal has been approved by both parties.

Payments

Payment is normally split into a 40% deposit before work begins and 60% after final approval, before the site is published and accounts handed over. Exact payment terms appear in each project proposal.

Ownership and handover

After full payment, ownership or administrative access to the website, the domain and connected services transfers to the client, as described in the project proposal. Third-party software that is licensed or subscription-based is not transferable; in those cases the client receives account access or instructions for setting up their own.

Third-party costs

Domain fees, subscriptions to external systems and image licences are not part of the MÓTA price and are paid directly to the relevant provider. An overview of such costs is included in the proposal and at handover.

Client-supplied content

The client warrants that they hold the rights to any material they supply — text, images, logos and anything else. MÓTA is not liable for claims arising from client-supplied content.

Portfolio

MÓTA reserves the right to show completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. For projects at launch pricing, that display is part of the arrangement.

Use of this website

The content of this website is published for information. MÓTA aims to keep it accurate and current but does not warrant that it is free of errors at any given moment.

Law and jurisdiction
